The Department’s primary goal is to provide an environment that encourages the growth of congregations, leadership, discipleship, and resourcing. Some of its major objectives include ensuring that:

• the church has access to cost effective management information and expert management advice;
• ministers and congregations have access to new technologies that will facilitate discipleship;
• agencies and congregations can access tailored financial services; and
• all church employees have access to an appropriate superannuation savings vehicle.
